It's internal battery should give a few hours plotting, but a fixed installation allows it to be constantly plugged into the provided 12V charger, just like a car sat nav. Can be taken out into the cockpit, it's IP68 waterproof, submersible. (For those who need a smaller IP68 outdoor solution, the 8” T395 is a better option for handling and even fitting into a big pocket.)

VMH also provide a spare chart activation for the end customer. Each tablet has a white sticker on the back with 2 unlocks. LCP use the OEM unlock to do the install. End customer can use the 2nd code to install the same charts on another Android device. Customer needs Marine Navigator app installed on their own phone.tablet.
