Transfer Unified Charts to a new Windows Machine

If you bought a downloadable Unified Charts package within the last 2 years, we are able to help you move the installation from one Windows machine to a new one. This could be useful if you break or lose a machine, or you have to upgrade it to Windows 11, etc.
The big advantage of the USB dongle has always been the ability to move between machines if one breaks, etc. The disadvantages are that it is slower than the fully installed downloadable setup, and that it costs a lot more, esp. if customs are involved. Now with post prices through the roof, even the initial update of the USB is costly.

The one remaining barrier is "What happens if I change my laptop ? (or it breaks, or I update the operating system to W11..etc)"
Well, as standard you get 2 Windows unlocks, one working, one backup. But if you've already used these both, we can now help you transfer a license from one machine to another. Its a manual process at our end, and costs a flat £10. It's only available to original purchasers from within the last 2 years, who have their original receipt with the order number and the unlock codes.
